Indigenous Spotlight

Every show I play is Indigenous by nature of who I am, and that representation is always with me in different ways. I speak to my Indigeneity no matter the size or setting of the show — it’s simply part of carrying who I am into the music. It feels doubly powerful to reflect on the times I’ve been welcomed into spaces created to uplift, empower, and honour Indigenous peoples, our lived experiences, and the stories we share through song — these moments stay with me in a big way and I am always a grateful contributor.
